About Metal
I am first and fore most a metal smith
I feel that the other arts supplement my creativity and added to my knowledge and I find many of them fascinating and love to do them. I am a art student, a graphic designer, and a aspiring teacher but I am a metal smith first. I love it in many of the same ways working with metal is like photography and computer imaging. It is complex requiring the use of skills, and unique tools that take a creative mind and ability to follows processes to do effectively.
my current metals project is raising taking a flat sheet of metal and modeling it into a form with just a hammer and stake.

Late then never
So my first post is late, hopefully as I go along it will get better
My latest project for computer imaging class is starting to take shape my first of three images
I hope to get about 3-5 of these done by the due date I really like to get a small book done will be interesting.

Post 0001 metal and art and other media
Hello world.
Along with many others I am Student artist here at Eastern Michigan University my focus Is metal But I also love working in other 3D medias and the Computer.
This blog will now act as a sketch book for my computer imaging class and as a way for me to share my art with long distance friends and family. I hope I can find the time to stay on top of this updating every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and when my muse moves me. I will try and keep this blog to include only art work and inspirations but those inspirations may be my friends cute daughter, or my parents dogs so except some personal stuff In here to.
